Lunch" is an important meal, and many countries have developed their own culinary delights to start the day. Whatever the ‘flavours’, whatever the
rituals and cultures, the meal is and remains a highly symbolic social act. It therefore represents a special moment of sharing and discovery.
During lunch, the participants talk about the culture of their country: spices, food, music, literature, dress, traditions, and so on.
